It's recently refurbished and large with clean bathrooms. The location is magnificent and incredible, restaurants and bars were close to the hotel.

I recently stayed at the University Inn in Tempe and had a great experience. The location was perfect, just off the main drag of Mill Ave, so it was quiet and away from the noise, especially on weekend nights. The room was clean and stylish, exactly what I needed for my stay. The hotel provided all the necessary amenities like wifi and a hairdryer. I also appreciated that the staff was accommodating and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel for its convenience and comfort.

the staff were constantly really helpful and very helpful. the room was brand-new and featured a flat-screen tv with satellite channels, a refrigerator and a coffee machine.

Well, it was a such wonderful stay for AUS visit. The hotel has favourable and unbeatable location close enough to many great bars and restaurants, and Botanical Gardens. A cool bonus was nearby First Watch, that offered tea and coffee...

Stayed here for a weekend getaway and had a great time! The location was perfect, with plenty of food and activities nearby. It was also close to the university, which was convenient for us. The staff was amazing and provided lots of helpful information about the area. The room was what I expected for the price, and even though the layout was a bit awkward, it didn't bother us too much. a good experience.

The noise at night was a bit annoying, with cars and motorcycles speeding near the hotel. Some nights there was even a party upstairs, but I was still able to fall asleep.

I had a fantastic stay at University Inn. I was in Tempe for a conference at ASU and needed a convenient place to stay. The owner was incredibly accommodating, allowing me to check in early and even letting me leave my car in the parking lot before my room was ready. The recently renovated rooms were clean and pleasant, and the exterior renovations are a promising sign. The location was perfect, with plenty of nearby restaurants and easy access to events. I felt safe walking around the area. a wonderful experience that I would highly recommend!

The room had all the essentials and was nicely updated. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the pillows provided were ample. a great experience with a gracious owner.

I came to attend my daughter's graduation and chose this motel for its convenient location near Wells Fargo Arena and the many off-campus restaurants within walking distance. Despite the low expectations, I found the mattress and pillow firmness to be just right, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The noisy air conditioning was a blessing as it drowned out the street noise on Mill Avenue. The owner was incredibly accommodating, allowing me to park early and check into my room ahead of schedule. The recently renovated rooms were pleasant, clean, and a great value for the price. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Magnificent location and beautifully decorated and unique hotel. Designer, large room with a private bathroom and a shower and hairdryers. A great restaurant in venue.
